Official Brazos County criminal records come from the government office that created or maintains them. This private site cannot retrieve, certify, change, or file records. The contacts below route court files to the District Clerk, sheriff and detention material to the Brazos County Sheriff's Office, and statewide criminal-history questions to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
